The Wiveliscombe Town Band was formed over a hundred years ago and today is an active and popular band playing at various locations and events to finance the cost of instruments, practice hall, uniforms and music.
The support of the general public at these
events is much appreciated and helps to keep another part of rural life alive.
The present Bandleader is Charles Donald who can be contacted on the above
number.

– CONDUCTOR/MUSICAL DIRECTOR
We are a non-contesting community band that meets on Monday nights.
The ideal candidate would have both brass and conducting experience, a
positive and supportive approach, and the vision and enthusiasm to develop the
band and keep it at the heart of the community.
